Mikyo Dorje, 8th Karmapa.

At the center of the composition is Mikyo Dorje (1508–1554). In the upper left corner is Amitayus, depicted from a pure vision text by the 3rd Karmapa, Rangjung Dorje, called The Three Roots Combined (tsasum dildrup). Below the deity wearing a pandita hat is Chodrup Sengge, from whom the Karmapa received ordination and teachings on the view. The Third Gyaltsab, Dragpa Paljor (1516–1546), is seated below, wearing a red crown. In the bottom left corner is the Second Nenang Pawo, Tsuglag Trengwa (1504–1566), who was a student of Mikyo Dorje. The figure in the bottom right is a servant.
