The Lostand Foundation is a very interesting small collection of Tibetan, Mongolian and Bhutanese paintings with one composition in question as to its origins.

The most impressive of the group are the paintings of White Tara and the historical work depicting the origins of the Jokhang Temple in Lhasa (Lhasa Cathedral) built in the 7th century. The White Tara is from the 18th century and created in the Palpung style of art from Eastern Tibet in the province of Kham.
