Chendebji Chorten, Trongsa (site name: Chendebji Chorten; location: Trongsa district). The chorten at Chendebji was built in the early 18th century in the style of a Nepalese stupa. A lama named Shida is said to have been behind the construction, which was undertaken to pin down a mischievous local spirit.
