Avalokiteshvara (Tibetan: chen re zi. English: the All Seeing Lord). This composition belongs to a thirteen painting set depicting the Dalai Lama incarnations.

At the top left is Amitabha Buddha. On the right side is Shakyamuni Buddha. At the bottom left is the wrathful protector Shadbhuja Mahakala.
