Yeshe Dorje, Jetsun Lobzang Tenpai Gyaltsen (Zanabazar), the 1st Jetsun Dampa (1635-1723 [TBRC P5779]).
At the top center is Amitabha Buddha. At the bottom center is Shadbhuja Mahakala with Green Tara on the left and White Tara on the right.
