Interpretation / Description

Pantaka, Nagasena, Pantaka and Abheda Arhats: from a seven painting set.

At the upper left is Pantaka holding a book in the right hand. On the right is Nagasena holding a vase and a monk's staff; seated in a relaxed posture. At the lower left is Gopaka holding a book with both hands. At the lower right is Abheda holding a stupa reliquary.
