The Three Long-life Deities (Tibetan: tse lha nam sum) are Amitayus, White Tara, and Ushnishavijaya. There are many different forms for each along with dozens of transmission lineages from India and indigenous Revealed Treasure (Tib.: ter ma) traditions of Tibet.
