Milarepa Life Story (Single Composition)

The two similar Milarepa paintings appear to be based on the LACMA composition (HAR #85730) of the 16th century. The scalloped cloud border above Milrepa found on the two similar paintings, an artistic convention adopted in the late 17th century, would indicate that they were created after that time and into the 18th century.
